The Story

I've been asking the same questions for as long as I can remember:

What am I doing? Why am I here? Who am I?

For much of my life, I searched for ways to quiet my mind, comfort myself and make sense of my experiences. I didn't realize it then, but each step was leading me toward a deeper relationship with myself.

My conscious journey began with crystals and eventually led me to tarot and oracle. The cards became a mirror, a conversation between my conscious mind, subconscious, higher self and what I understand as Source.

Three cards seemed to follow me everywhere: the Five of Pentacles, the Ten of Swords & the Three of Swords. I became so frustrated with seeing the same patterns reflected back to me that I eventually tore my deck apart.

Looking back, I understand that the cards weren't keeping me stuck. They were showing me where I was.

I stopped asking, "Why does this keep happening to me?" and began asking, "What is this experience trying to teach me?"

That question changed the way I approached my life.

My curiosity continued inward through breathwork, prayer, mantras, energy work and meditation. I became a Reiki Master, deepening my relationship with energy, intention and presence.

Meditation taught me something equally important: presence doesn't require closed eyes or perfect stillness. Driving, walking, washing dishes, sitting in nature, any moment can become meditation when we consciously return our awareness to what is here.

Intention is the bridge.

My exploration eventually expanded to altered states of consciousness through cannabis, mushrooms, ketamine, LSD, MDMA, mescaline and DMT. Each experience offered a different perspective, but for me, DMT became a thread that helped weave many of these experiences together.

It didn't replace what I learned through tarot, Reiki, meditation, or other practices. It helped me see them through a deeper lens of presence, awareness and integration.

Today, I don't see healing as finding a missing piece.

I see it as remembering what has always been there.

That's why I created Sarah Integration.

I'm not here because I have all the answers. I'm here to create a compassionate space to prepare, explore, reflect and integrate, to ask deeper questions without telling you what your experience is supposed to mean.

Because sometimes the answer isn't something we need to find.

It's something we need to remember.

People sitting around campfires in a forest campsite with tents, surrounded by tall trees.

Every journey begins with a single conversation.

Share where you are today and what you're hoping to explore. If Journey Day feels like the right path, we'll begin together.
